GOOD POSTURE OCCURS WITH RELAXATION AND MOVEMENT. WHEN TYPING, ... BODY MOVEMENT MAY BE SMALL AT TIMES, BUT AS LONG AS MOVEMENT IS ALLOWED ALL MUSCLES REMAIN RELAXED.
PAGE HOLDERS ARE ATTACHED TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDES OF THE COMPUTER MONITOR, AT EYE LEVEL. THIS KEEPS THE POSTURE,
NECK STRAIGHT, RELAXED AND PREVENTS THE NEED TO LOOK DOWN WHEN COPYING INFORMATION FROM PAPER INTO THE COMPUTER. AVOID
ALWAYS LOOKING TO ONE SIDE TO READ A PAGE. PLACE THE PAGE ON THE LEFT, THEN MOVE IT TO THE RIGHT FOR A WHILE. THIS
KEEPS THE HEAD/FACE AND BODY MOVING LEFT AND RIGHT, NOT ONLY LEFT OR ONLY RIGHT ALL DAY.
THE NEW THIN, FLAT SCREEN
(LCD - LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY) COMPUTER MONITORS PRODUCE LESS EMF RADIATION WHICH IS HEALTHY BUT CAUSE EYESTRAIN AND
UNCLEAR VISION;
BUY A SMALL SCREEN. LARGE TV AND MONITOR SCREENS CAUSE EYESTRAIN AS THE EYES TEND TO DIFFUSE,
TRYING TO MOVE OVER THE SCREEN AND SEE ALL AREAS QUICKLY WHEN WORKING. IT TAKES LONGER TO SHIFT OVER A LARGE
SCREEN SO DIFFUSION OCCURS WHEN TRYING TO WORK FAST. SMALLER SCREENS GIVE THE EYES LESS DISTANCE TO TRAVEL OVER TO SEE
THE OBJECTS ON THE SCREEN. SHIFTING IS FASTER, SHORTER AND IT IS EASY TO WORK AT A STEADY PACE. SMALLER
SCREENS = BETTER CENTRAL FIXATION = NO EYESTRAIN, NO BLUR. SMALLER PRINT ON THE COMPUTER MONITOR ALSO IMPROVES CENTRAL
FIXATION. DIFFUSION, TRYING TO SEE ALL PARTS OF A LARGE OBJECT EQUALLY CLEAR AT THE SAME TIME CAUSES EYESTRAIN AND BLUR. CENTRAL FIXATION RELAXES THE EYES AND KEEPS VISION CLEAR.

WENT BACK TO THE OLD FASHIONED MONITOR, THE KIND THAT LOOKS LIKE THE OLD TELEVISIONS, (CRT - CATHODE RAY TUBE) 13 INCH
SCREEN, SLIGHTLY CURVED SCREEN, AND THE VISION PROBLEMS WERE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED; EYES NOT BURNING, NO PAIN AND VISION
CLEAR.
I CAN WORK USING THE OLD MONITOR
FOR 10+ HOURS A DAY WITHOUT PAIN, BLUR, FATIGUE.
