Stress shows in my face on some license pictures due to working for $5.00 a hour 14-16 hr day for
years,
homeless at times, violent boyfriend... but my vision remained clear, (close and distant), mind in

A main cause of unclear vision is childhood trauma, sadness, fear, unhappy
life - Stress!!
I know that one reason my eyesight was easy to cure, by just throwing away my glasses in the
4th
grade (before I learnt the Bates Method in High School from Aldous Huxley's book) was due
to having a very happy childhood.
I grew up with my 5 cousins and many kids on the street.
We played in the woods, had a Secret Agent club and used or
imaginations to play act a variety
of characters, games; Cowboys and Indians, secret agents 4, Jack and Rich, The Lone
Ranger...
Our parents did not wear glasses. They taught us right, the basics-how to respect other people.
Life
was not perfect but it was great! I have many clear happy memories, mental pictures of my
childhood stored in my brain
and heart.

Christmas Tree on South San Francisco Mountain seen from 3rd floor and roof
of hotel.
We watched the planes fly over the hill, cars moving on the hill and streets at night.
We could set
our television screen to reflect in the window and watched TV at night like
on a movie screen with the mountain
in the distance through the window glass.
Good for switching, shifting close on window and far on mountain,
sky, planes-clear vision.
